Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Meh, just another Chipolte. But it is a Chipolte! I have only very rarely been disappointed with Chipolte, the only times being in an area that did not have a notable Latino population (the best I had was in Tuscon, and the Pico was just that much better than everywhere else). I digress. The food was as expected, good, and when I was there the other day, everybody was being helped and my party was 4th in line. Good sign as having been coming to St. Could for 30+ years, it is only recently that this type of restaurant would be accepted, and I'm glad for it. As an overall, the service was good (I went vegetarian, which seemed to confuse them a bit - "Are you sure you don't want any meat?" - gave me a chuckle), but not great. Place was clean, neat, and orderly. There was a good mix of people in the restaurant (as noted by the variety of cars, including a Tesla, in the parking lot), and it felt very much like I expected Chipolte to feel...and taste. (As much as I like Chipolte, a restaurant has to really WOW me to get 5 stars.)

This is our"Go-To" place to eat when we are in a hurry and want real, flavorful, fresh food. The staff at this particular location go out of their way to please! The salads are our favorite, our son swears by the carnitas quesadilla. We eat here nearly once a week.

Very friendly young staff! Was very busy upon initial opening, but after all the hype faded away, expect very minimal wait times, especially during lunch hours.

I prefer the one at the loop. Kind of slow when making food. Somewhat stingy too. I've had a huge chunk of fatty disgusting pork fat in my bowl.

Everything you order in every combination will be awesome! The food is fresh, crisp and healthy. I like to get a salad bowl with chicken, corn, tomatoes and a little cheese. I really like the vinaigrette. Nice and healthy. I try to stay away from the rice, just because it's rice. I figure if I'm going to get a salad I'm not going to throw rice in it. ...The burritos are HUGE snd delicious! Tacos? Yum! The chips have fresh lime and salt, yum again! I like the guacamole too, I always squeeze a little extra lemon in it to give it a little kick. My husband is addicted and I feel slight anger deep inside when he goes without me.

Usually a great place but today not so much. Got tacos for the first time. If you read the menu online it includes guacamole. Went through the line asked for guacamole was never told it was extra. Paid bill realize they charge me went back to question it and was told and showed by Amanda and the manager in charge that it's extra and I explained that was why I asked and then only then did the manager asked the person who made my tacos and he agreed that he never said it was extra that she agreed to refund the money

Just never know what Quality of food you'll get. Like undercooked rice or very under seasoned meat. Still love chipotle like mad, but hate that is location is so inconsistent.

Wow...different from every other Chipotle. Stingy on the serving size. I thought it was like wartime rationing..then the young teen server (a black girl) asked if I wanted double the steak. I said no but at least the normal size. So I realized that I wasted my breath and my money as I got back to work starving with half cooked steak that was like rubber. Chewed for a few minutes then tossed it in the garbage. The End.
